Selling 2002 4Runner

Hi all,
I'm going to be selling my '02 4Runner soon. I wanted to get an idea on price range. Body is in great condition, has 105,000 miles. My only issue is 4x4 is not working. I don't want to spend the money to have it fixed, looks like it will need a new T-Case motor. Any ideas on price range?

Look in your local classifieds, find similar trucks for sale, get an average of their FS amounts and deduct the cost to fix the tcase motor plus a couple hundred more. That's your selling price.

With 4x4 not working, you'd have to sell it at a 2wd price, which is a bit lower. To be honest, I think you'd be able to get more and cover your repair costs if you get it fixed. No 4wd will turn off a good amount of buyers.

I would spend the $1000 to get it fixed and then sell it for probably $1200+ more than you could if you don't, plus sell it quicker.
