Sensen shocks and struts

About 2 months ago, I bought Sensen shocks and struts on ebay. They were only $140 shipped, so I gave them a shot. They seem pretty good. I would say that they are an adequate stock replacement. My 06 V6 4x4 has about 80000 miles. The rears didn't seem to make a big difference. The front made a huge difference. The struts wouldn't even rebound when compressed when they were removed.

I noticed how much higher the rear actually sat than the front, so I installed the daystar 1" leveling kit about 2 weeks later. I really like how it looks now. My wife, who could care less about cars, even noticed how it looks tougher now. There's also a pic of my ebay spoiler on there.

The only thing I had to do was drill a larger hole in the washers on the rear shocks. The mounting nut was a larger diameter on the Sensen shocks than the rears. Other than that, everything was perfect. I thought I'd post since, no one else had yet.

For $140 dollars, if you are looking for just a stock replacement, you can't go wrong. At $180 including the cheap lift kit, I'm still about half the cost of bilsteins. (yes, I know they are a better shock....when I'm concerned about better handling, i'll jump in my BMW or GTO).

Just an FYI for anyone who was looking for an inexpensive option for stock shocks and struts.

umm....never mind! I just looked at ebay and they are now $340! Wow! For that price, just buy the bilsteins, I guess. I got the bargain of the year apparently
