Toyota has the paper ones for sale of course. You can also go to the Toyota Tech Information System (TIS) and buy access to the manual online for short periods of time. Toyota doesn't sell the manual on CD-ROM; all of the electronic manuals floating around the Internet are bootleg copies of material from TIS.

Toyota generally publishes a 3-volume set of books for a given model and year: Vehicle Repair, Electrical, and Transmission. The Vehicle Repair manual covers just about everything except the wiring diagrams (that's Electrical). The Transmission book provides more detail than you probably want about the trans. IIRC, Vehicle Repair and Electrical together are in the $300 ballpark. You can usually find them for previous years on eBay, but for something as new as the current year, you'd probably have to go to a dealer or Toyota. You can contact Toyota Publications directly at (800) 622-2033 to get more information, pricing, and even ordering.
