For 3 years now I've had a dash mount tablet that connects via BT for music, navigation, youtube, etc. I just replaced the Tablet with a newer Samsung tablet and it connects as a phone. Problem is now when I start my 4Runner remotely(2018 TRD) it connects the tablet as a phone and media device. When I get in I have to manually switch to my actual phone for calls.
Is there a way to remove the tablet from the head unit as a phone so it only sees it as a media device?
