Sherpa Rack and victory4x4 ladder

Does anyone have this combination? How is clearance? I love how the victory4x4 ladder looks. I know most people with the Sherpa go with the c4 ladder, but I am a little reluctant after hearing about all the issues with the top plate.

I have the C4 ladder. The thinner plate they introduced fixed the past issues.

I'm going to order this. I prefer the idea of all aluminum (rust, weight) and I've found people that have them are happy with them.

I like the option of having the ability to mount accessories to my ladder. I wish the victory4x4 was aluminum as it is the one I like the most. Visually and fitment seems best.
