Shifting gears

Hey guys, I got a question about my 95. It always takes my runner awile to shift into overdrive. It always seems to do this when it is cold. Shifts perfectly once warmed up. It always shifts right around the same temp as well. any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

This is the thread for third gens, but I'm sure we can help you.

My 4runner is slow to shift when cold as well. It will rev pretty high and then it kind of rough when it shifts. This all goes away when it warms up.
