Shivering between 20-30 mph

I have a 4th Gen 4Runner; 2008 Limited Edition V6 with about 165k miles.

When I accelerate in my truck, at about 18-20mph my truck starts to "shiver". It feels like if you were about to stall out on a manual before you jam your foot into the clutch. It doesn't shiver for long, usually stops once I reach 30-35 mph.

I've replaced battery, all spark plugs, brakes, rotors, tires, had regular oil changes, etc. Anyone else ever have this problem? If so, what caused it? Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I wrapped mine in a blanket, stopped the shivering. :eyebrows:
