Shock and coil spring help

I just acquired a 1999 4runner. It has 200,000 miles on it, I'm going to use it for my deer lease vehicle. I'm gonna put mud tires on it, I need help with getting the maximum lift I can get with new shocks and coil springs, does anyone have recommendations on what I should get to accomplish this.
