They are supposed to come with the shock. I did buy a set off eBay for my '89 and then procrastinated about installing them so I forgot who sold them. When it came time to install for some reason one shock was missing the bushings. I got "Help" brand bushings at Autozone for about $4.99 and they looked to be the same and fit.
Bilstein 5100s don’t.
Don’t reuse your old bushings. If the new shocks don’t come with them, buy new ones.

Mine did.
When I called Bilstein regarding the differences between 4600 and 5100 they said the 4600 come with rear bushings, but not front. They said they recommend just using the existing front bushings for each shock mount. The 4600 are better suited for my needs. Looking at the shocks on my 4R there is a top and bottom bushing on the top mount. Toyota quoted a rediculous $80. It looks like Moog makes just the bottom rubber bushing for the top mount. Any idea where I can the front rubber top and bottom bushings at a reasonable price? Thanks.

Sound like they're very different then if you ask me, one's adjudtable and has different valving make them very different!
So did every set I ever bought.
I doubt it's much. We get so lost in the mental maturation of information on the Internet and upgrading (insert most recent favorite toy here) that we tend to way over think things.
However, that being said. I would be shocked (pun intended) if the 4600s did not come with all new bushings as well as all the necessary hardware to install them.
Regarding the shock bushings ... Any idea where to buy the front tops and bottoms ... Besides Dealer$hip? It looks like the front bottoms are available but not the front tops..

I now see what you mean about the 4600s. The kit is missing the upper bushings. Here is a link for those.

What's the best option for rear shock bushings...I'm getting my rear Icon 2.0 rebuilt and the bushings are all sorts of cracked and causing me some clunking...should I try the rubber OE-style again (what I currently need replaced) or try a better, potentially more refined product like energy suspensions' stuff? Any advice or links would be most gratefully had!
