Shocks for my 4runner?

Shocks? Some advice...

I want a Toytech 2.5" Front Lift Spacers& 3" Rear Lift coil springs (I heard if I go 3" in the rear instead of 2",it will level out & not give me a sagging look??)

With that said, would the Pro Comp Es1000 Shock's be okay, I heard they roll pretty stiff, but are they reliable......not so much for off road, everyday street use?
