Where did you get the cd from? I've looked but could never find one. Would you be willing to make me a copy if I paid postage + blank CD cost? :D

I think all of the CD's floating around out there are homemade using files from the Toyota TIS Web site. Toyota doesn't actually sell a CD-ROM manual. There are some good ones out there, where people spent time indexing the files. And then there are not so good ones...
Toyota would make life easier if they just offered a CD-ROM manual. They want over $300 for a complete set of paper manuals... I'd give a $100 for an official CD-ROM and save the tree in the process! But their own dealers use TIS, which can be updated immediately as errors are corrected, so I guess there's no incentive for Toyota to produce a CD-ROM.

...the electrical manual for 2003 and up is a complete separate novel from the two work shop manuals....I have a hard copy of it if you're interested in buying it...pm me if you're interested....

I've purchased a couple of CD's lately on ebay that contain various 4Runner manuals. The latest one that seems to be available again is the electrical manual, although the seller isn't listing it as such. The first one I purchased covers most of the mechanical aspects of the truck. There are multiple chapters missing.

As toto mentioned these are all compilations of from the Toyota TIS web site. Luckily these CD's are not particularly expensive - only ranging from $14 to $16. You get what you pay for, right?
