I cant seem to find the answer im looking for.. Im in search of a set of shocks for my 95 about to put 305/70R16 on there plus Bj spacers & LC coils.. But Im not sure if I should get 2" capable shocks or if I should go with 4" capable shocks.. I figured I would go with 2" since its prob about 2.5" lift in the rear and 2" in the front.. than I was thinking maybe 4" would be better because it would have extra room.. so Im not sure... And yes I have looked through the old Threads and I cant find anything.. So if you can answer this it would be great..

With a 4inch long shock, it might not be able to compress in all the way, so the 2" might be your beast bet.

Get your suspension set up the way you want it, then flex it out. Measure at full stuff and full droop, then find a shock that fits that measurement.

I agree 100%. I tried lc coils on my 95 runner and they lifted it 4". Had to take them back off because the rear was to high and got drive line vibration. good luck
