Should I be concerned?

I was looking underneath my 2007 4Runner and saw some rust. Should I be concerned? Obviously, I expect some rust but was wondering if anyone else has the same issue. I also saw quite a bit on my 2007 Crown Vic (work car). Rust seems more prevalent with body on a frame vehicles.
