Should I get these wheels?

I love the look of stock TRD wheels, but I have an opportunity to get the wheels mentioned below from Motegi Racing at no cost; MR150 Trailite, satin black, 17x8.5” with 18mm backspacing.

I’d put my 285/75r17 Yokohama’s on these wheels.

Here’s my Pro as it sits:

And here are the wheels:

I say go with the Motegi Racing wheels! Not only will they set you apart from the millions of others with TRD Pro wheels, your 285 Yokohama's will like the extra width of the wheels too! Motegi gets my vote!

I like your Pro as it sits but the Motegi wheels really are stylish and add to its custom look. No cost? Why not.

Deuxdiesel has these or similar. I think they look good on the 4R.

Motegi wheels all day long! Why roll around with TRD wheels like everyone else? Seriously, don't wait for the next reply, close thread and go get em!!

I like the Pro wheels, regardless of how many are out there. It is a great looking wheel that matches the design of the vehicle. IMHO, the Motegi spokes are to thin and do not match the size of the vehicle. Especially the way yours is setup.

I have them on mine. I did cover up the silver lettering with vinyl. I am running 255/75/17's on them with just under 2" of lift and they rub at full lock, so with 285's you will probably need to do some adjustments. They are supposed to be 25 lbs each, but I never got a chance to weigh them. I am pretty sure it is the Dura Trac's fault, but they took a bunch of weights to balance, but it could also be Discount's lack of effort.
