You can get them for two reasons; to clear suspension hardware or for looks. If your not rubbing on your UCA's or the like I wouldnt bother with spacers.

I did the 1.5 spacers, mainly for the looks. You will most likely have some rubbing on the front fenders when you turn your wheel, unless you have a body lift. I had some, did some trimming, but now have the body lift, so rubbing is no issue.

I tried some on mine for the purposes of widening my stance. I experienced vibration on the highway, and from the research I have done, that is common, and the gains would seem to be minimal as far as function. Looks, well... your opinion. I ditched the spacers in short order and went to some different rims with a large enough offset to widen the stance and provide clearance for '06 Tundra brakes.

yeah i have plenty or room, hey manhunter you have any piucs of yours from the front so i can have a idea how much they stick out?? i have offset 8 inch wide wheels just looking to see what it would look like a lil wider.....thanks :lookout:

Keep in mind that a spacer over .5-1" adds a significantly increased amount of stress on the front wheel bearings.
