Should I supercharge my 96 3.4liter?

My 4runner has less than 60k original miles. It's a manual transmission with 4wd and the diff lock options. Only thing it doesn't have is a supercharger. I've located a local toyota truck shop that has one. My question is that is it worth it to supercharge my truck? I've read stories about high rpm leanout? Is it very apparent? Pinging?? If I got the charger I'd probably occasionally romp on it and I wouldn't want it having reliability problems. Would bigger injectors alone do the trick or do I have to get the 7th injector kit to solve my problems? Water injection? So many things to think about. I really want it, but not at a cost. I'm willing to buy premium gas for my car. But I don't want hiccups or small issues along with the mods.

i have the stock fuel system in mine, and have not had any problems whatsoever with pinging. I run premium gas.

The question is is Supercharging going to fit your needs and is it really worth it. Yes,you get more power but it's still not going to be a 0-60 screamer and when premium fuel is well over $4/gal is that going to bother you and SCing does put extra strain and a little more wear and tear on the driveline in general so an issue or two popping up is a possibility but with less than 60k miles you probably will be fine.
