My 99 Limited with stock suspension before I put on my OME lift. Pretty sure the shocks were replaced at one point as we found a cut off top off the rear shock when installing the new. From the looks of it the springs were original however.

Back when we first got it. It had some small tires on it as well (245's? forget, short sidewalls). But it's a '99 Highlander, AFAIK it's the tallest stock suspension on a 3rd gen.
