Shrockworks Bumper with PIAA lights

I have a 2004 Toyota 4runner stock, but I want to put a shrockwoorks bumper on it. Unfortunately I do not know which set of lights to get, the ion chrystal or super white. Any suggestions?

I have the ion crystal. I like the yellow light they give off- that works the best as a true fog light. When they're off, they have a neat blue tint inside.

Thanks I want to also here what people say about the super white. The crystals do look cool like you said when they aren't on. Also nice 4runner mine is white so I'm thinking about the black bumper. The dura tracks are sweet aswell I used to have them on my jeep and I never got stuck with them

It really depends on how you plan to use the lights.

I've had several sets of PIAAs and PIAA bulbs, I currently still have the Ion Crystal bulbs in my OEM fog lights and Xtreme white high beams.

I had a set of 520s with the super white bulbs, I prefer the color/brightness of the Xtreme white bulbs for driving/long range and the yellow ion crystals work better in the fog than the other two.

I have some pictures some where with all the 3 bulbs lit at once to compare colors. I'll try to find it and add it here.

I've done super whites, and xtreme whites, it really depends on what you're looking for

I have the Super-white (they might be Xtreme White bulbs, I changed them out a while ago and I forget) and honestly am pretty happy with them. I don't get much serious fog in my area (funny since I am in the East Bay...) but the few times I have been in snow and heavy fog the white lights do pretty good. I also only aim my lights about 30~40ft in front of the 4Runner for the purpose of driving/foglight so that may attribute to the lack of reflective glare in fog.
