5th gen surge

I have 2022 TRD OR. I just put 4:88 gears in ( which may be unrelated) but while crusing at various speeds, I have this weird split second surge like I hit a massive wind gust. No lights or any other issues. I’m lifted, 33 in tires, TRD intake and magnaflow exhaust. Any suggestions at what to look at.
