Shrockworks Sliders / Sticknuts HELP!

Ok, so I'm still on the driver side. The slider is being held up by the two forward threaded bolt holes and the gas tank strap bolt in the rear. None of the other rear holes are threaded so I need to use these stick nuts. I have never used sticknuts before. There are no holes in the frame large enough to put the sticknuts through. Tell me I do not have to drill holes big enough in the frame to put the sticknuts through??? How the hell do I get them in there? What am I not getting???

Should have done a better job searching. Those plastic access hole covers are well hidden in dirt.
