In anticipation of questions that y'all might have (and some that I had for my order), I sent a list to Justin at Shrockworks. The following questions and answers are posted for your benefit (and added to post #2).
1. A few of us may be picking up our orders from y'all. When we order online, it automatically adds the shipping charges. What do we need to do to avoid the shipping charges on our invoice?
The website is only set up to take one coupon code. Local orders will need to either call in their order, or select credit card by phone and specify LOCAL PICK-UP in notes field to avoid site from charging shipping automatically.
2. Will the discount apply to any other products that we buy on the same order with one (or more) of the items from the Toyota section?
The way the coupon code is set up it will apply to anything that applies to the Toyota product with the exception of winches. So things like lights and shackles. If order is put in on the web site, the code will only apply to items that are selected in the drop down menu's of that specific product and ordered directly with that product. If someone wants to order a set of lights for their bumper that are not in the drop down, they can use the same methods mentioned above to get proper pricing.
3. I know y'all offered the 4 month to shipping (or powder coat) guarantee. Is there a possibility of some of the orders shipping out earlier than 4 months?
Some orders will be shipping earlier. Items like skids and sliders usually move faster than bumpers. The 4 month mark is just a "no later than" mark.
4. If we are requesting non-standard options (i.e. I want 1" shackle tabs on the 3rd gen front bumper), how do we need to request that on online orders?
Custom additions/alterations should be noted in notes field. Some may be subject to additional charges, but 1" tow tabs can be added at no additional charge.

My guess is that they are a little busy Danny.. you may want to give them a call and see if they have an answer for your gusset question. With the size of this group-buy, I can see them getting a little side-tracked at time... and beside you KNOW you want those sliders!

WoW these guys are really cool to work with! I was expecting some attitude with the options I was wanting, but that wasn't the case at all!!

Just ordered over the phone. By the way, Mark is great to talk to --- very helpful and fair.
Here's what I ordered (5th gen '13 SR5)
1. Rock sliders, black powder-coated, 3 tube support
2. Rocker trim
3. Full skids, bare metal, no KDSS
4. Front bumper, black powder coated, full tubing up top, no extra lights

Just placed my order with Mark. Great guy. Even works after hours.
Made some small adjustments to the order. Instead of the standard sliders, I sent him couple pics of Demello's bump out and they can do the same thing for an extra $60. That plus TE trim and free t-shirt.
To summarize:
1. Sliders, powder-coated (bump out style)
2. TE rocker trim
3. T-shirt!
Woohoo!
