Side exit exhaust - options/pictures?

I'm looking into finding a side exit exhaust setup for my 2005 V8 4Runner. The only thing I've been able to find is the magnaflow dual tip setup. I'm not sure how I feel about this look... does anyone have any pics? I've seen some of the tips, but can't picture how it looks on the actual car.

Are there any other options for a single side exit setup?

Excellent post!! I 'hot wired' the cigarette lighter on my old Tacoma and have always wondered how to do it in the 4Runner. I'm goign to do that this weekend!

The exhaust looks good. I'm goign to try and hold out until spring time when I need new tires... then it's a lift, tires, and exhaust all at once.

Sorry, I was referring to the TRD single exhaust. Anyone running this with a V8? I googled the setup, but I only found it for V6 models.... I assume it would be the same for V8s thought, right?

heres my set up with aftermarket exhaust, cherrybomb vortex on 07 sport v6, this whole thing is 3inch pipe setup.

How is the V6 exhaust any different than the V8? Just a different muffler or something? The pipe shoudl be the same for both, right?

Sorry, I meant what is the difference between the stock exhaust on a V6 and V8. They both bolt up after the cats, and the pipes should be the same, right? My real question is this - why wouldn't the TRD single exhaust fit on a V8 4Runner?

Chaz - I've though about just taking it to an exhaust shop, but I figured I can get the magnaflow setup for slightly cheaper and just install it myself.

I've been looking at the Gibson Cat Back setup for our V6's with some interest. It's $285 at Burtman Industries and has the low tone, and low drone (it's one of the quieter systems you'll find) I'm looking for.

The only downside is that it's rear exit, you'd have to take it to a shop to modify for side exit. Either way, it looks great.

I think I'll probably just buy the Gibson muffler the kit comes with (788500) and then have a shop weld it on, and then turn the pipe at the back and weld a tip on. It'll be slightly cheaper than the cat back kit, but it'd be personally what I want.

I'm not sure though, I'm still contemplating.

You can hear the gibson at Gibson Performance Exhaust - Trucks, SUV, Diesel, RV, and Marine. Performance Exhaust for the Enthusiast they have a 4Runner clip. Unfortunately it's only revving while in park, so it's not a real good clip.

I'm definitely looking for a side exit so that I won't have fumes coming into the rear window. I may just take it to a shop and have them weld something up. I'd prefer to get stainless though, so I don't know.
