I am thinking you should be able to replace just the glass. I had a Honda Accord where you could take the glass off and re-attached a new glass on the powered arm in the assembly.
What I did was call up my Honda parts source and ask, then I ordered from them. It was from Page Auto. They also have a Toyota dealership. You can go on-line and ask about the parts, they will e-mail you back or you can call them.

Or go to your local Dealership or where you buy Toyota parts. My bet is the glass can be replaced without replacing the whole assembly. (Well at least 95% sure.
