I had a battery that died in an 06 Sienna and just before it died I noticed that locking the doors with the key fob didn't sound the usual single chirp, but unlocking the doors with the key fob made the standard 2 chirps. It's still doing this with a fully charged battery. Everything seems to be working find with it (doors lock/unlock, power sliding door opens with the key fob and the siren works). Not sure why it's not sounding when locking the doors though.
