sill plate removal

has any one removed this plate ? do I just use heat

which one? the gray interior, all you do it is pull from the front and work your way to the back.

the silver one, its held in place with double sided tape, its taped on top of the factory plastic sill. i think on the plastic sill it has clips at the bottom.

Im talking about the silver plate that has 4runner on it
