Silly Questions - Beep and Lights

Hey Crew,

So I've had my T4R (2000) for a few months now and cant figure these things out.

1) How do I set my headlights so they wont be on every time I start the car? IE have it running in a 'all dark' state.

2) Anyway to disable the 'beep' when I lock/unlock with the fob?

I live in a quite naighborhood and both are vary annoying when I'm starting and warming up my truck in the middle of the night.

Still looking but any info helps, thanks!

As far as the beep I have no idea. If it is factory that sound isnt very annoying at all, overall quite, quick and useful. Id leave it alone, IMHO.
