I want to replace my stock headlights/fog lights with silverstars tomorrow but I just want to make sure I will be able to do it correctly. Anyone have any tips/advice or instructions? I'm not really sure how to replace the fog lights.

You can only replace the high beams and the fog lights. The low beams are not able to be replaced because Sylvania does not make a bulb to fit it.

I like the SilverStars, but wish they made ones for the low beams.

I'm pretty sure they do have ones that fit the lowbeam......

sylverstars doesn't have an H11 yet so you would need to go with a different brand.. highbeams are 9005 and foglights are 9006

So any 9006 bulb will fit the fog lights and any H11 will fit the low beams on the 2007 4runners? Because I'm probably going to go with PIAA bulbs.

Well every other brand sounds like crap. Can I put any other size of silverstars in my lowbeams? Like the 9006 ones?

i have the same bulbs in my fog and low beams. i think 9006 but i dont remember. its been such a long time since i put them in. i used this for a reference. dont know if 9006's will work in your 07 though. sorry.

Your links didnt work. The 9006's work in yours because 4runners from like 02-05 or 06 use 9006 for fogs and lowbeams. 2007's use H11 bulbs for lowbeams and 9006 for fogs. Silverstars don't have bulbs made in H11 yet.But I have heard of people putting the 9006 or 9005 from fogs or highbeams into their low beams.

2003-05 use 9006 for lowbeams and foglights. 2006+ use H11 for lowbeams, the foglights are the same.

I was close. Soooooooo can I throw a 9005 or 9006 into my lowbeams on an 07 since some people put highbeam lights into their lowbeams?
