Single Din Pocket Kit

Anybody installed one of these (or similar) under your aftermarket head unit?

The open pocket I have in there now is pretty much useless, thought this might be better. 11 bucks shipped from ebay.

Never seen one, but I love that it says, "free box" on it. I'd surely smash your window to see what was inside for me!

Seems like a cool idea to me. Those slots were never any good for anything more than a wallet.

Planning to keep my pet spider in there.

Yeah, don't understand that but could probably be removed. There's also one with a half height drawer on the top and cup holders on the bottom.

You'd have to try it and find out, but it looks like you may have clearance problems with the dash panel.

Some of the early camrys or corollas had a pocket with a door that latched. I have one on both my 4runner and pickup. Ill take a pic in the morning but it fits the opening pretty well and id say looks factory. I think all i had to do was file the opening corners square.
