Single disc to 6 disc-4th Gen

I have the non JBL single disc in my 04 SR5. The CD player has stopped working. I was wanting to replace it and have considered some of the Scion HUs. I was just wondering if anyone knew if this 6 disc non JBL would plug and play in my 04.

Why replace with another Toyota unit? Log on to Crutchfield, pick the one you need. You can unit buy the connections to use your steering wheel controls if you have them.

The sound is so much better, you will not regret it.

Id say probably, but im not certain. As long as you are going from non jbl to non jbl you should be ok with the conections, im not cetain whether or not you need a different bezel though. Anyone else confirm?

I checked with a dealer here in St. Louis today,the tech told me if you go from non JBL to non JBL,it's plug and play,brackets and everything will work.Nated05,what part of St. Louis? I live about 10 minutes from South County.
