Anyone with a Sirius Sportster be careful when installing the antenna in your 4Runner. I did my install this weekend and started out by centering the antenna on the roof just over the rear lift gate. I then ran the wire around the lift gate gasket and into the truck and tucked the wire in along the entire driver side and then up to the dash. The wire ended up being 6 inches too short. I had to remove the whole thing and start over by moving the antenna to the driver side of the roof over the lift gate and gained about 18 inches of extra wire. Now that it's done it worked out great.
My only remaining problem is the power cord. My receiver is on the top center of the dash. The power cord is way too short to conceal and run to the power port in the center console so my cord is visible for a bit until it is hidden by the glove box door and then of course again when it pops up from the side of the passenger seat and plugs in.
