It was a few months ago. Sold it for about $700. I was over it blinding me. If I'd have know you wanted one I'd have worked it out with ya. I'm located in Casitas Springs.

Our current roof rack for the 5th gen utilizes the stock mounting locations so no extra drilling is needed. It's a 3/4 length rack. We will also be making a full length rack that will require additional mounting locations.
 
Btw, let me know if you ever need help with installs of any future mods.

Dude, really funny you send this to me today as I spent most of the day emailing back and forth with Brittony, Relentless Fab's chief of sales & marketing. She sold me on their rack and I'm going to be putting in the order in a couple weeks!

I like that their rack covers 3/4 of the T4R roof and is half the cost of a Gobi / a little cheaper than the Front Runner. My main concern was load capacity which is what I originally emailed her about, and she told me they recommend a max of 250 lbs driving and 700 lbs static. Sold. Build time is about 2 months for their roof racks atm. Appreciate the heads up!! I'll post pics in a couple months when it's in and installed.

Yeah Brittony and Eric are great. I have their sliders and rear bumper just paid off coming in September. Can't wait to see the rack!

As you can probably tell, I haven't done a run in quite a while. I've been itching to get out, but every time I try to go, something comes up. In the middle of a move so I am busy.

Today I decided to head out on my own to a place nearby my folks house while I was house/dog sitting for them.

Azusa Canyon SVRA:

I've never been here before even though it is about 20 minutes from my folks house. No clue why.

Admission is 8 bucks which is kind of a bust. I had a feeling it was going to be crowded, but with minimal recovery gear and all by myself, I was okay with that.

The trails criss cross the San Gabriel River so there are a few crossings that were pretty fun. One was way deeper than I expected but nothing bad.





There is not much to see, rocky sand terrain. A couple cool spots.



The reservoir is after the 3rd water crossing. It makes a really disgusting mud pit that people find really fun to get stuck in. Apparently it is normally deeper of a mud pit. I can't imagine haha.







There was a guy in a Honda CR-V that was hauling ass through the mud. No clue how it didn't break. I watched it go through the pit at 35+ for about an hour before I decided to head home. Although the trail wasn't super exciting, I did get to hit some speed in the sandy sections and the water crossings were fun. The best part is parking and sitting in the back of the truck watching others wreck their shit. I'd do it again.

I might go on Saturday the 27th in the morning. I'm going to Europe the next day so I won't be out there too long but I thought it would be fun to go watch people til Lunch time.
