Changing my diff oil today and I have had it with my rusted out from skid plate.
I pulled it off permanently as I simply no longer trust it to stay on, it is that bad with rust.
A new, OEM, is about 220. So I am open to options. I have attached a photo just so everyone knows what I am talking about.
The rear skid, the 2nd part, that covers the transfer case sheared a bolt off today as well. So, I have 3 of the 4 bolts hold it up. I would be willing to go with a single armor to cover that whole thing. If it used the current holes, it would have 7 of the 8 available... good enough for me.
So. Anyone know any good alternatives?
