Yes that is funny. My coupler was junk as well. I took the old coupler off my mini gun and used it on my new gun.

WD-40 will never work as an anti-seize agent. It disappears over time. Same thing with a penetrating fluid (which WD-40 is not). Anti-seize is anti-seize. There is absolutely no other substitute. The three all have there own place in the world, but one should not be substituted for the other.
