Slave cylinder clicks

Hey guys,
My slave cylinder clicks every time I press the clutch. It started to do this last week and its getting worse. I made a video of what's going on, its on YouTube here:

I was going to try flushing the clutch fluid cause its likely not been done in a very long time (I've only owned this vehicle for a few years now). In my searches people have said that it may be due to a bent clutch fork, the lever that the slave push rod puts pressure on.

Is this possible that my clutch might be going? Honestly, I really don't know how to tell if my clutch is done?? I believe I can remove the slave cylinder and regrease it or replace it...

Thoughts?

Also, as an after thought, the transmission was really hot to the touch. Not sure how hot it should be after driving it for a long period if time, but it could touch it for a split second but I could NOT leave my hand there for more than that.

Well, I flushed the break fluid last night and it did pretty well nothing to the noise.

I am thinking that next I will replace the slave cylinder. And because the master is probably not in great shape either, I'll replace it too. If the clicking still persists then I guess its something within the transmission that'll have to wait till I burn through the clutch... or something else traumatic happens to the tranny. Maybe I'll try changing the transmission oil too...

are you sure the noise is coming from the slave itself and not the fork or throw out bearing?

I have a sneaking suspicion it's the clutch fork making the noise. I'm going to try greasing it up and seeing if that helps. Is this creaking a problem? It has just started and I don't like when new noises appear, but if it is safe to ignore then I don't mind putting it off till the clutch needs replacing.

Also, I noticed that the boot covering the clutch fork entrance to the trans doesn't clip in. It looks like it just sits on top. Does this boot clip in somehow? Should I just force it into the first baffle so it seals? I don't want the boot to drip water inside the trans...

An update:

Turns out that flushing the clutch fluid did have a minor impact on the clicking. After a few days, it still clicked but not as bad.

What did end up working for me was putting a bunch of moly lithium complex grease on the surface of the push rod and clutch fork. Once the grease worked its way into this surface it seemed to stop clicking/creaking. I did not manage to get any grease into the pivot point of the clutch fork inside the transmission though because I couldn't find it with my fingers and it was still pretty hot from the drive home. Just need to glue the boot back with silicon RTV and I'll call this fixed.
