Here they are! Finally been able to get my set back from powder coating and take some pictures. I think they turned out very nice, I am super happy with them and they work great as both a step and vehicle protection.

They came out AWESOME! I still can't believe you cut the bottom trim...you can't even tell..looks like they were always there.
I'd be interested in a little more width..maybe a 2-1/2" - 3"? With a little diamond plate.
How did the bolt up go?..as easy as you expected?:hungry:

I keep looking for durable bolt-on step/sliders with diamondplate, like the ones ARB makes.
I'd love to find a set like that for my TE.

Lookin' nice. How are they mounted at the bottom of framerail? Is it only the top bolt holding them on? Or do you plan on welding to bottom rail?
I only ask cuz your clearances are pretty tight on your rocker and if you actually load that slider it will flex up maybe up to a 1/2", that is if it IS welded/bolted to bottom of frame. Just would hate to see you trash your rocker. when i say load- i mean slide/bounce across a rock as they are meant to do.
Would love to see better shots of the mounts

I have my buddy making sets for people that want them. I sold a set to jkinder last week.
They are running $375 bare, $475 powder coated Black. PM for more info.

That would be fairly easy to do. I can make wider if you like and either ship and you can bolt diamond plate to the top, or I could do prior to shipping.
They are boxed around the frame rail and have a 1/2" bolt at the top squeezing it together. The bolt is basically just holding the slider up there, all the weight is supported with the box around the frame. The bolt on the drivers side front is a major pain, other than that very easy.
I am thinking about bolting the whole thing to the frame with just bolts like the FJ sliders. Would be much easier to install I just feel a little more comfortable with the strength of having them boxed like they are.
They are boxed on the bottom and the top bolt is basically squeezing the frame rail holding them up. All the weight from the car is supported by the box around frame. I may weld mine later, but they work just fine now with just the bolt. Like I said the bolt is just holding any weight from stepping on them, the box is supporting the vehicle.
My clearance is a little too tight, I agree. The ones I sent out are a little lower allowing between a 1/4" and a 1/2" clearance for exactly what you are talking about
