That's what I run on my Runner and have no *****es about it.

That's a good deal with that rope already in it.

Hey guys, just found this deal on Amazon for the smittybilt x20 comp (sunthetic rope) 10k for $485 with free shipping. You usually can't find these for under $550 so it looks like a good deal.

You were looking for a deal on a winch I think.

Thanks for looking out for me guys! This is the exact winch I want. I've been watching prices and this is by far the best I've seen. I just purchased! 7echo

Ive got the one youre talking about, its amazing for the price. I dont think you can get a better winch with synthetic line for anywhere near it. At Expo east i pulled out 4 trucks in one day and it did fine through it all. My only complaint is that the screw for tightening the winch line stripped on me, but thats probably my fault. Warns are great, but extremely over priced.

Will it fit in a hidden winch mount

Maybe a stupid question anyone put this behind the southern style offroad slimline bumper? Does it work and fit nicely, i was thinking wireless is the way to go with hidden winches...

I have 2016 SR5

I have one to install in that bumper. Just waiting on SSS to get back up and running to get my bumper made so the install can be done all at once.

According to my emails with SSS that winch fits perfectly (in fact, the only winch they have for sale on their site is that winch).

My understanding - and I might could be wrong on this - is that the winch is wireless, it just requires an initial connection to the remote for setup; and the wiring exists as a backup in case of remote failure. I haven't unboxed it yet to play with it to see how that works and I wasn't really clear on it from reading online info.

Look forward to seeing you set it up!

I run this winch on my 4Runner in 10k and one on my ram 3500 in a 17.5k and have never had any problems. Love them both.
