smoked taillights?

i have an 00 limited, where can i find smoked out tail lights online i've looked everywhere...
someone got them for just $20 on here,
i really like the way they look so plz help!!



also i heard something about them being illegal, is this why i cannot find them?

There's awrite up somewhere for "smoking" them yourself for under $20 since I doubt they were that cheap for a pair since even stock ones command at least $50/pair for used.

i know a buddy who got a pair for $20 on ebay, there not illegal either, i just had my car inspected in NC.

mine are 98's but you cant really tell once there tinted. ill trade if you want too.

was it mine that you saw because i can post a pic if you want to see what mine look like

I still say paint them with a tinting kit available at any parts place. A few simple coats of tint spray is very easy with a steady hand and you can control how dark you want them.

or we could trade and it would save you the hassle and the gas of going out and getting the spray. And youd get a proffesional job on them with out having to worry about putting too much or too little or overspray or clearcoats or anything else like that.

well i didnt mean for him to go get them done professionally i was using that as a trading point for the fact that the ones i have for trade were done professionally. it would just be less hassle to get them already done.
