Snap Shot Problems

I got the snap shot from progressive plugged it in and problems started. The dash looked like a Christmas tree with all the lights that where lit up and it started to idle low. But I pulled the snap shot and then the battery and all was well in the world or was it... Now I find that my sunroof will not auto open when I hold the button down for a second and will only work when I hold the button down the whole time. Next, my rear window wiper is no longer working so I called up progressive and wouldn't you know they don't think it will work in my truck.

What could I do to get my wiper and sunroof to start working right?

Did you try disconnecting your battery so it can do a re set?

Then re poloriIize the window. It's a start.
