Winter is upon us (well not really here is sunny So. Cal.) and there's so many threads about driving in the snow, Snow tires, and snow traction... so... I was wondering what everyone preferred as to Snow Cables or Chains for their 4R's. Please share your thoughts and why one is better over the other. If you have some other traction device for the snow, let us know what it is and why you picked it and your satisfaction of it. Thanks!
I'll start, since my last few cars were passenger cars, I've always purchased cables for them cuz of the bulkiness of chains, ease of installation, noise factor. so I'm wondering now if I should get cables for my 4R when going on my ski trips.
