The holiday came up and I got slammed at work so I haven't been able to actually cut anything. I did, however, modify the cad model to match the roof line of the truck. Hoping I got it so it would be pretty close, but I won't know until I put it together. This is how it sits right now:



Obviously only the right side of the fairing is set up to match the roof line in the model, but that's closer to the end result. I'm honestly not sure if I like it or not, but I'm definitely going to make one to find out!

Just curious, are you guys (who are running the full length WMW racks) mounting them at the front mounts too? It looks like some do and some don't. If not, does that front half bounce or sag over bumps?

Sorry I didn't see this. The picture of it on my truck was before I had the front supports installed. Josh provides feet with sticky back foam that support the front of the rack so its super solid.

my full-length WMW roof rack with cut out for the moon roof has 4 square cross bars; Josh originally welds 4 mounting brackets/feet to those cross bars, 2 per side at the front and rear cross bars

I bought 4 extra mounting brackets/feet from Josh and welded them to the middle 2 cross bars, so now I have 4 per side corresponding to each cross bar (8 total), in addition to those 2 forward-most mounting bolts and their plates affixed to the roof with 3M double-sided tape...

Josh includes t-shaped hardware which slides into the factory rails, and then you bolt down his WMW roof rack (via the mounting brackets/feet) to the vertical threaded bolts
