So NOW my ashtrey light comes on,

I don't use the ash tray as I removed it. So I'm driving home from band practice and hit a huge pot hole. Then when I open my eyes my trucks glowing, I'm like omg I'm in fire!

Bo it's just the ashtray bulb decided to turn on. Now I wonder is there a button that turns it off? If the ashtray I'd in and closed does it go off?

Its always on... unless the bulb burnt out.

If your lights are on, your ashtray light is on...

but you wont notice unless you leave your ashtray open all the time, or did like me, put a red LED in there and pulled the whole ashtray out so my passenger side gets a nice red glow...

lol thats funny, make sure ur wheels are aligned now. yea there is a bulb in the ashtray, i finally got a new bulb for it coz it burnt out and i didnt know there was one for the last 8 years we had it. i completely removed the ashtray , so at night all i get is a green glow around that area, it looks cool, however i think im going to replace it with an LED maybe a blue or something, that would look pretty cool.

btw its a #74 bulb

I think my bulb burned out years ago but since I don't smoke I glued down a felt pad in my ashtray and use it for change. It's great for that but you don't want too much money in it when you 4 wheel since if you hit a good bump the tray will open and change flies all over the place.

yeha it does, i notice i had one once the light blew. it was act my girl who ask me if i did not have an ash tray light and when i thought about it i remember seeing one. lol there is one
