I can't seem to find the answer.

As I am new to 4 runner in general what the hell does the light do beside the headlight? Neither of mine work so I don't know what it is. I'm guessing it is a blinker? How do I get it out? I can see one screw but I can't seem to find the other.

Also can someone point me in he right direction of where (how) to mount fog light in the front spot where the blinkers are (on the bumper). I want it to look at OEM as possible. Thanks

Those are just marker lights beside your headlamps.They can kind of be a pain to pull out,take out the screw you see in the top first.Then just pull out straight forward as they are held into the body with prongs.
What year is your Runner? That will make a difference on what type of fog lights to mount if your going for the OEM look.

They are marker lights and if you kind press your palm to them after removing that top screw and jerk outward they should pop right out. And the blinkers in the bumper are the OEM blinkers, and idk what to tell you about the fog lights
