Well, I have a '99 with OME 906 coils in the rear and stock springs in the front. The OME coils were installed last week to correct some sag and I love them so far. I get about 1/2"-3/4" of rake with this setup and that's perfect for me. I also have the infamous "running board removal lift". I'm on 265/70-16, and I highly recommend this setup.

because it's comfortable and cheap since I am still using my stock front springs. they are '99 fronts though.
Cool, thanks. Yeah, I have a '96 4x4; so I'm envious of the tall '99 fronts. I'm searching around for '99 fronts or the Tundra TRD fronts.

Are you using stock shock's with the 906's? I just ordered the 906's and am wondering if I need to do the shocks too? How do the 906's ride?

They ride much better than my sagging '99 coils. I got a good amount of lift and i'm pretty happy with them. I'm using new stock replacement Rancho RS5000 shocks and they feel pretty good too. You also don't have to worry about the rear rubber brake hose with these springs either; just a direct replacement spring.
If you're considering shocks, i'd recommend it. I was forced to replace my rears after one of them literally broke away from the body due to rust. I ended up cutting the other one out and installing these Ranchos.
Even better news! I just put RS5000s on this weekend and was hoping that new rear coils would mate up with them.
I just need to find fronts before I pull the trigger on the rear springs...
What would the collective pay for a set of "like new" '99 T4R shock/springs that I can use on my '96. I've got a lead, I just think they're overpriced.
I'll sell you my 99 rear talls if you want. I just need to get my 906's in first. Let me know if you are interested. They are only about 5 months old. Got them new with the Sonoran kit I bought. I'm keeping my shocks though.
