SOCAL: 4.30 Elocker 3rd member w/ actuator, 4Runner E-locker differential $400

I have a 4.30 e locker 3rd member out of my 99 4runner with 115K. Elocker works perfectly and never had a problem. Bearings are tight and smooth, gears are in good condition as well. No pinion bearing leaks or play. I am in the Los Angeles area, local pickup preferred. Will ship on buyers expense. PM me with questions/inquires. Thanks in advance.

So if I have a stock 99 without an elocker, would I be able to install this?
