I'm down for a trip to hit up some trails. Need some stress relief from work. Any weekend days are generally fine by me!

Yeah, I hear ya. Maybe we can get a group together. It's pretty hard to get the Socal guys together with a common day off though.
 
i am down if it is sometime in the near future (i.e. the next month) but after that I am traveling then with the exception of about a free week back up at college playing water polo for the next few months

Anza Borrego would be really sick, same with Mojave.

Lets actually try to get this one to work out, I know Josh has def been doing his part in trying to get all of us together so lets man up and do it!

P.S. I will be stepping down from my position as your twin. I will be having a 3/2 installed Friday, and have a set of Spidertrax in the mail. Farewell. :D
 
Maybe the best approach to this would be set a date and place so people can just pencil it in, I think if we leave it so open it will go the way of every other meet we have tried to organize.

So what works best for you man? What place, date, and are we camping etc...

If we can set this maybe we can begin making a list of who is down and try to rope more people in.

Count me in guys! I can make it this weekend or any weekend other than the 4th of July weekend. July 12-13 weekend or later is fine also.

I'm down with either Anza Borrego or Mojave. I'm thinking a one day trip is good for me, but if you guys want to do an overnight trip, that's cool too.

Any other member are definitely welcome to join in the fun! The more the merrier.
 
Works for me, just let me know by the Sunday of the week before that, as that is when I make my work schedule for the following week.

It's going to be 114 degrees in Palm Springs this week, it will be one hell of a trip if we can get people together. :bigok:
 
July 12-13 sounds good to me as well. I'm leaning towards Anza Borrego due to the summer temp, but Mojave would be fine as well. What do you guys think?
 
Mojave is actually averaging around 10 degrees cooler than Anza/Ocotillo Wells.

But I am up for whatever, lets just try to get more guys to join this trip!

Do you know Anza Borrego? Because I have never been there and don't know it at all
 
Hey Blair, I may be leaning more towards a day trip because I kind of want to bring my girl. She really wants to go, and we love any excuse to spend the day together, with the situation and all. Did you get my PM and text?

Yeah I got them and also am totally fine with a day trip, my gf has also been wanting to go really badly and a day trip would appeal to her much more.

Where do you have in mind? I would say no to Mojave b/c it is in the middle of nowhere and quite the drive to do there and back in one day

Yeah true unless we can get both of our girls to spend the night. Mine is younger than yours though so that MIGHT be a possible issue. We'll see.

Mine could def spend the night, and you can always try to use that for leverage for your girl to do the same.

It would be one more night/day you could spend with her, which I know you would appreciate with everything that is going on.

Yeah tell me about it. I just ran it by her and she said she might be able to do that. Worst case scenario, we can all just go for a day trip a little closer.
 
Hey guys, can a completey stock 07 4wd runner make it on the trails you ride on? I've only had my runner for a month and never off road before in my life.

I'm not doing anything strenuous since this is the first time I will have my truck offroading, and I just installed the new lift yesterday. So I would say yes, you would be fine.
