"soft part" of dash

I'm gonna replace my 2nd. gen. 4runner's dash. not the whole thing, just the soft part of it on top. My is all cracked and looks terrible.
I need some help with instructions. Has anyone tried this? Thanks

I havent tried this but usually there are several bolts on the underside of the dash pad that hold it on, and generally are a PITA to get out. So if you do, plan on lots of swearing, scratches, cuts, more swearing, dropped and disapearing bolts, and the one bolt thats still attached but you just cant find.

Unfortunatly, i need to replace my dash pad too
