New, never installed, Xenon Depot H11 HID Kit for sale. Xtreme HID with the upgraded Philips 4300K bulbs. I unwrapped this kit to inspect and begin planning the installation which never came to fruition. This has been sitting on a shelf for about two years and needs a new home. One ballast box was missing the 3M adhesive tape for attachment, you can easily find 3M tape at a hardware store. Bulbs are factory sealed. This kit has not been tested by me.
