This winch bumper appears to be a defunct brand "Tactical Armor" plate bumper with single hoop. It was already on the 4runner when I bought the vehicle.

The bumper and lights are included. The winch IS NOT.
I am located in NW Houston TX, but am willing to deliver within a eight hour round trip of Houston, buyer pays fuel and time.

This is a good bumper for someone not wanting to spend close to $2000 and not wait three plus months.
