Its really an Isuzu but different for sure.

Yeah, it's a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo.
You can do a lot to a Trooper or Rodeo.
The Rodeo D44 would fit nicely under an early Toyota, has disk brakes, and ratios like a Toyota. The corporate rear on my Trooper is comparable to a D60.
