Show me your truck, tell me where you're taking it (no mall crawlers needed), and promise me TWO things.
1.) Post pics of your install and final result.
2.) Only keep them if you're gonna run 'em. If you don't like them send them back to me, no worries.

Do you have any pics of output of the smaller ones (used as a fog light)? I'd be interested in a pair for that. I'd like to get some and mount in the lower valance, recessed in to use as fog lights.
If you go to Phantom Trailhawk 4x4 Lighting, and click on GALLERY, you'll see customer photos (and my JK). There is a pic in the lower right of a FJ using them as fog/driving lights. All the photos so far are white LEDs, but we've shipped green (for a show vehicle), and infrared (!) for a guy who hunts hogs at night with NVGs.

I'm curious, you don't have a 4Runner, WHY are you on this forum? Hipocrit. LOL!! I'm a good marketer, I googled our company and found this thread. Also, the group I belong to, Florida4x4.org, isn't brand specific, we just ride.
BTW, I could be talked into more comp'd sets, and you guys are in good locations. Let's get 04rnr set up, see how HE likes them, and go from there. Fair enough?
FWIW, the lights are not supplied with a switch. Most of us have added these to an existing light. These draw so little current that the existing relay has no problems with adding them in-line. Some customers have added switches, I use a wireless relay under the hood of my JK to keep from going through the firewall. So many choices, so many interiors, etc., no switch keeps our price down, and any auto parts store has a great switch for $4.00.

Not in purchasing, don't know, but this came up on our Military facebook site (Phantom Warrior Flashlights) recently and Victoria, our Director of Sales responded with this:
"Just to be clear, the lights are designed here. We have our own molding machines for smaller parts actually in our HQ, and for the bigger parts, we rely on great local businesses to mold for us. Component wise, it all depends on the parts, so I cannot be specific without discussing every light--but we do pay more for American made components first, and after that we have a ranking system of "happy to support this country," down to "um, no thank you--let's figure out what else we can use." The sad reality is that more and more items that all of us buy are being made elsewhere so it is a challenge to find them, but we do where we can... AND to be extra clear...we do all of the assembling, soldering, testing etc., at Phantom HQ....and you are ALWAYS welcome to visit!!! We are only an hour East of "the Mouse" here in Florida!"

Sounds good. The placement on the FJ is pretty much where I'd mount mine. The pricing isn't too bad for yours...beats paying $300+ for some and a lot better quality than $20 Wal-mart ones.

Believe it or not, we're a family-owned business. I'm not family, but we've never used reps for anything. There are a couple of new outlets we're exploring for 4x4 lights, and a prominent surplus chain located near bases that will probably come online this year, but we love direct contact with out customers.
For example, we make light bars. We have guys with trail buggies call us with special mounting requirements or custom configurations that the big companies just won't touch. We love doing them because we can! We don't want to lose the connection with the trails. I don't get MY Jeep off-road enough, and I'm still trying to get used to "trails" in Florida being mud and sand (I'm from the Northeast and miss my Rausch Creek!), but I won't offer anything I wouldn't put on MY Jeep. Only way to go.

Really like the look of ur lights...very clean n functional. Could've used some on the John Bull this past summer! They would make great rock lites.

I can't tell from the pics. Are you guys using "Cree" style or are these simply a high wattage "standard" LED?
